A basic collaborative city logistics' solution : the Urban Consolidation Center

This paper proposes one solution to conceptualize a specific collaborative city logistics' solution: the Urban Consolidation Centre (UCC). We first give a quick literature review about UCC, then we present our conceptualization approach, and finally we apply this method to an illustrative example. Our aim is to elaborate a methodology to support model helping a "What if" decision. This study is the first step to establish a realistic and precise model.
